Over the last year the Department of Housing Western Australia has implemented and been enjoying the business benefits of the livepro® knowledge management system across their service network.
The Department had traditionally faced many knowledge delivery and access issues with a widely distributed branch network as well as the traditional contact centre space.
In 2009 the Department approached livepro® to assist them in developing their knowledge strategy for the future. The result of this was a cloud based hosted implementation of the livepro® knowledge management system
