This optional product extension to the livepro® Knowledge Delivery System, further ensures that your staff are equipped with the knowledge needed to provide superior customer service by;
- making idle time a productive knowledge building exercise
- delivering fun and challenging quizzes to staff
- providing a convenient and efficient knowledge delivery platform
- extending staff learning and induction capability
- gauging staff knowledge retention to identify knowledge gaps
With a simple user interface and reporting mechanism the livepro® quiz module can test both the knowledge of the CCO, and their ability to identify and locate the right information within the livepro® system.
Similar to the announcement feature, a quiz can be distributed to every livepro® user or it can be targeted to teams or groups. When a quiz has been launched the recipient is made aware by the flashing quiz icon notifying the user of how many new quizzes have been made available. Participation in quizzes can be spontaneous, during idle time, or during scheduled periods.
For a livepro® coordinator, creating a quiz and reporting on the results is quick and easy. When formulating a quiz the coordinator can specify the amount of attempts a user can take, create time limited responses and choose to randomise the questions and the answers to prevent cheating – all within seconds.
With the added reporting functionality, coordinators can view detailed results on either individual users or individual questions. You can even track the path navigated within livepro® to see how the user attempted to answer the question.
