After 5 years in Operations, it is core to managing Transurban businesses and has provided many benefits to our organisation. In particular, its robustness and simplicity to use allowed our business departments to manage the application and its content without any need for IT support. Since its launch, there has not been any system issue that did impact Transurban Business Operations.

After only one hour of training, most operators are confident in navigating through the application and can master very quickly, efficient ways to locate the appropriate information within seconds.
